Séjournez à Manor Farm à seulement une heure de Londres ! Will et Anna Brock ont accueilli nos tout premiers hôtes britanniques en 2006. Aujourd'hui, rejoints par leurs enfants Daisy et Bertie, ils élèvent des boeufs, des moutons et cultivent différentes cultures.
Les Lodges Un Lit au Pré donnent sur l'ancien verger de la ferme et sur les champs de blé, d'orge, de colza et de lavande cultivés dans ce coin du Hampshire.
Promenez-vous dans le parc national
Manor Farm est située dans le parc national des South Downs. Pour les amateurs de livres récents ou anciens, Thomas the Tank Engine est un visiteur fréquent de la Watercress Line tandis que les maisons de notre premier naturaliste, Gilbert White, et de l'une de nos plus grandes romancières, Jane Austen, sont respectivement à deux pas de Selborne et Chawton. Les plus actifs peuvent aller plus loin, à West Wittering, à une heure de route sur la côte, et à Frensham pour une baignade sauvage.
Les activités disponibles à Manor Farm
Si vous êtes à la ferme pendant la journée, laissez libre cours à votre imagination : allez chercher du bois pour faire un feu de camp, organisez une chasse au trésor, profitez d'une des promenades d'Anna, explorez les environs et jouez à des jeux de société. Vous pouvez également louer un bain nordique avec votre hébergement.
Chaque lodge dispose de son propre foyer pour faire un feu de camp : ragoûts, chamallows grillés et chants à la lueur des flammes vous attendent !

A wholesome and awesome weekend at Manor farm. We loved our lodges and the fact that our families had two of them that shared a private field. The setting was glorious. The lodges were well equipped, and comfortable. The cupboard bed was very popular and cosy. We loved that the stay was off grid. We used the hot tub and found the outdoor shower with hot water very convenient.
We arrived on a Friday evening and had a lovely time with Fiona making our pizzas at the communal pizza oven. Fiona was a brilliant host. The farm has an honesty shop that was well stocked and items for the kids to borrow, like games as puzzles. Fiona even managed to set up a projector in the roastery barn during the Euro 2024 final for the guests.
All 12 of us loved our stay and we would love to visit again and will definitely recommend to others.

We hebben een hele leuke vakantie gehad. Lekker buiten zijn, back to basic. Zelf vuur maken om te koken, bbq’en, bad warm te maken. En natuurlijk iedere avond een kampvuur. Heerlijk genoten!

We are returning customers from 15 years ago to Manor Farm. It was good to see that the ethos of Featherdown is still to come and appreciate the simple life, no electricity everything fire powered and instantly makes you slow down and relax as even the kettle can take an hour to boil! There were some great new features like the private showers, BBQ, fire pits and hot tub of which we used extensively throughout the week. We were lucky to be taken on a tour by the Farmer Will and he talked about how the land is farmed and how they have to
Diversify due to changing eating habits and needs. It is good to see where things come from to our plates, something we take for granted. We spent the week talking and reading something we are too busy in our ‘normal’ every day to do.

Our 6th Featherdown Farm stay and we have enjoyed each and every farm… we particularly loved the set up of Manor Farm as tents are set up in pairs with so much open space.
The car park is very near which made life easy. A very lovely stay and despite not offering actual activities, this farm made for a really great relaxing stay.
The loan of the pizza oven was great fun

We booked the holiday as a family holiday with two small children as a pre wedding honeymoon and had a fantastic time. We would like to return as soon as we can. The accommodation couldn’t have been better for our needs and was superbly and immaculately presented. Will and Anna went out of their way to make us feel welcome and we are hugely grateful to all at Manor Farm for making us feel so at home straight away. The views and surroundings were stunning and the honesty shop which we highly recommend provided us with substantial food and drink packages throughout. All in all an absolute delight and the best UK holiday we have had to date!

It is great to get away, have some fresh air and some family time away from the telly. Anna as always is very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Unfortunately there wasn’t any farm tour due to the restrictions but there are sheep in the field in front of us and chickens roaming outside to remind us that we are in a working farm

“ Just returned from a magical weekend which has us wanting to swap city life for one on Manor Farm . The Glamping tents arrived ine a perfect cross between a tent and a hotel. Anna is a welcoming host and ensured we have everything we needed . We spent the time walking , roasting marshmallows , making a great fire and of course the girls favourite the hot tub .

Nous sommes fiers d'avoir été les premiers à lancer Un Lit au Pré en Grande-Bretagne. Située au bord du Parc National de South Downs, notre ferme demeure une véritable oasis à juste une heure de Londres. Nous cultivons principalement les champs et nous élevons aussi des vaches et des moutons. La naissance des petits agneaux en avril est un grand moment !
